SLED Business Development Representative

This dynamic and detail-oriented SLED Business Development Representative role involves supporting field representatives and supplier/partner activities. It is pivotal in driving supplier and channel partner growth, managing market intelligence activities, and supporting strategic initiatives across Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Nationals segments. This position is driven by strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for fostering relationships with partners and suppliers.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supplier & Channel Partner Support

  • Collaborate with 4 SLED channel field reps and 1 Nationals rep to provide comprehensive support.
  • Engage with over 100 partners across various segments, including Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Nationals.
  • Work closely with 50+ vendors to drive growth.

Market Intelligence (MI) Opportunity Development and Tracking

  • Manage 30+ MI activities involving partners and suppliers.
  • Account Mapping for Suppliers.
  • Special Projects.
  • SLED Contracts Management Support.
  • Assist with RFP responses and supplier/partner contract onboarding.

Supplier/Partner Growth and Go-to-Market Strategies

  • Deliver supplier/partner presentations on go-to-market initiatives with MI and partners.
  • Contribute to the "New Market" section of the quarterly SLED newsletter, focusing on emerging suppliers and technologies.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 5+ years' experience supporting SLED.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SLED market and practices.
  • Experience interfacing with suppliers, customers or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to create and execute strategy and identify beneficial ROI.
  • Strong communication skills.

Work Arrangement:

Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.
