Overview

Pay: $20 per hour + commission Earning potential: $20 – $30/hour on average with commission Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday 10am-5pm Location: Olathe, KS Part-time and full-time opportunities available

Responsibilities

Work inside a national retail home improvement store engaging customers in friendly conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency. Your goal is to schedule free in-home consultations with our experienced comfort advisors.

Qualifications

What You Need: Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers Friendly, outgoing personality; sales experience a plus Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift Reliable transportation to/from assigned store Minimum age: 18 years Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required) Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings Must pass background check
