How you'll make an impact:

  • First point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met with care and efficiency.
  • Handle incoming calls, answer queries, and resolve issues by providing tailored solutions.
  • Share expertise about Holiday and Home Parks products to help customers find the right fit.
  • Maintain accurate records and stay updated with industry knowledge to support excellent service.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer loyalty by offering relevant additional services.
  • Work within a regulated framework, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Uphold the commitment to treating customers fairly.

About you:

  • A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Experience in customer interactions, ideally in a call centre or customer service environment.
  • The ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers.
  • Resilience and empathy, especially when assisting customers in challenging situations.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with data entry processes.
  • A commitment to personal growth and a proactive approach to supporting your team.
