✨ About The Role
- Responsible for handling incoming leads, phone calls, and sales chats from the Articulate website
- Qualifying leads using the BANT Methodology and passing opportunities to the appropriate team members
- Performing scripted outbound sales activities and maintaining coverage of live sales support communication paths
- Working cooperatively with other Articulate teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Available during requested business hours to respond to incoming sales inquiries
⚡ Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in a business development or sales support role
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through, with the ability to handle and prioritize high-volume activities without letting anything fall through the cracks
- Adept at finding answers on the spot and handling uncertainty from customers and prospects
- Positive, energetic phone presence with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Independence at managing the day-to-day volume, case assignment, and other duties as assigned or time allows
