Arup Digital Products (ADP) group develops and markets Arup's products relating to Ansys LS-DYNA (the Oasys LS-DYNA Environment). The Oasys business wishes to strengthen its presence in Germany — a region of strategic importance, with a wide range of automotive, industrial and academic customers.

We are seeking an individual to lead our sales and support activities in Germany.

Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Based in Germany or able to travel there regularly from the UK
  • Represent Arup and the Oasys business
  • Develop a business plan for commercial growth in the region, through new sales; expansion of existing business; and enhanced collaboration with partners
  • Visit customers regularly to promote and support the company and its products
  • Lead new sales activities and pursue opportunities with new customers for the Arup and Oasys businesses
  • Collaborate with the existing partners, spending time at partner and customer sites
  • Build relationships with other potential regional collaborators

Is this role right for you?

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Experience of the Oasys LS-DYNA Environment Suite, with the ability to demonstrate and support its use
  • Commercially focused and able to design and execute a business plan for growth through product sales in the region
  • Automotive CAE experience is preferred
  • Previous sales experience an advantage
  • Ability to articulate Arup's strategy and Oasys plans for growth in the European region
