Summary:

This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective truck sales customers who reach out through online platforms, including the dealership's website, online listings, and social media channels. The Internet Sales Representative answers questions, provides accurate product information, and coordinates with the outside sales team to ensure a seamless sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to all internet leads, website inquiries, and online chat requests.
• Follow up with potential customers through email, phone, and text to qualify leads and schedule appointments.
• Once qualified, seamlessly hand off leads to appropriate salesperson to complete the sale.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge on truck and trailer inventory.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and lead information in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with sales team and managers to ensure excellent customer service and communication.
• Work closely with digital marketing team by providing feedback on lead quality and sources.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in truck sales, customer service, or dealership internet sales preferred.
• Organized with strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Competent using CRM systems and online lead platforms.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for customer satisfaction.
• Basic understanding of truck and trailer specifications and applications is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
