Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate catering sales activities by supporting the sales team with proposals, contracts, and event documentation to ensure a smooth booking process.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries, event details, and logistics to help deliver a positive client experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, track leads and bookings, and prepare sales reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with operations, culinary, and event teams to communicate client needs and ensure successful execution of catering events

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in event management, catering sales, or hospitality operationS

• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a client-focused mindset
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities with high attention to detail
• Ability to thrive under pressure, adapt quickly, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful events.

Compensation

Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.

$45K-$50K
