The Director of Practice Performance Sales is a key leader within the Learning & Development (L&D) team, responsible for designing and executing learning strategies that elevate sales capability and drive business performance across Aspen Dental. Reporting to the Vice President of L&D, this role partners with Sales Enablement, Operations, HR, and senior business leaders to deliver impactful learning programs that equip consult team members, sales and field leaders, sales coaches, and other team members with the skills and confidence to succeed.
This leader combines expertise in sales learning and development with strong business acumen and the ability to influence across a complex, fast-paced organization. The role requires both strategic vision and a hands-on approach - building solutions, leveraging data to demonstrate impact, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
