Bachelor's degree preferred. 10+ years of sales or training experience (dental industry a plus). Proven success leading high-performing sales teams (2+ years). Strong coaching, feedback, and motivational skills. Ability to teach consultative sales processes and deliver impactful training. Willingness to travel extensively.

Salary: 65,000 - 75,000 per year with on-target earnings potential 130,000+
