As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind transforming patient experiences and helping more people say "yes" to the care they need. • Lead & Inspire: Guide a team of Patient Care Consultants to deliver consult excellence and meet patient demand.
• Coach for Success: Provide personalized coaching, actionable feedback, and strategic resources to help your team thrive.
• Build Talent: Ensure strong hiring practices, onboarding, and continuous development for sales roles in your region.
• Drive Results: Monitor KPIs, review consults, and partner with field leaders to elevate performance and treatment acceptance.
• Train & Develop: Deliver impactful training—both in-person and virtual—to strengthen consult skills across the network.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 10+ years of sales or training experience (dental industry a plus)
• Proven success leading high-performing sales teams (2+ years)
• Strong coaching, feedback, and motivational skills
• Ability to teach consultative sales processes and deliver impactful training
• Willingness to travel extensively

Salary: 65,000 - 75,000 per year with on-target earnings potential 130,000+
