Mid-Market Lead Sales Consultant

Assurant is seeking a dynamic and experienced Mid-Market Lead Sales Consultant to join our Renters Solutions Sales Team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth by expanding sales into multifamily housing clients across the Eastern U.S., focusing on portfolios ranging from 3,000 to 8,000 units.

Duties and Responsibilities in This Job

  • Drive expansion in new and existing accounts by identifying client needs and introducing innovative products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite decision-makers.
  • Deliver compelling online and in-person sales presentations.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline and execute large client deals.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Renters Insurance solutions.
  • Collaborate across teams to enhance client strategies and uncover new opportunities.
  • Analyze financial trends and communicate insights to clients and internal teams.

Requirements Needed for This Position

  • 5+ years of sales and account development experience within or selling into the Multifamily industry.
  • Proven success in solution selling, strategic planning, and negotiation.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Experience working with property management companies (3,000+ units).

Other Skills/Experience Would Be Helpful to Have

  • Experience working with C-Suite level property management decision-makers.
  • Salesforce experience is highly desired.
  • Extensive knowledge of company products, services, and solutions.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

This role includes a base salary, and a variable compensation plan tied to sales performance.

Pay Range: $86,000.00 - $143,700.00
