Exciting opportunity with a large e-commerce organization, helping to build a new program within the company to streamline their delivery service by creating partnerships with small businesses in your local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns (up to 2 hour driving distance)
  • Present and pitch the program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate interest to apply
  • Qualify the prospective businesses and guide through application, vetting, onboarding process
  • Track lead activity and manage pipeline in Salesforce
  • Support Business Development Managers to plan and host recruitment events in the community (ex: lunch and learns, town-hall meetings, coffee chats)
  • Partner with Business Development Managers to work with local champions such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations
  • Partner with Account Managers and other team members to support newly recruited businesses on launch day and as needed
  • Other duties as assigned related to the recruitment and retention of businesses
  • Track all activities and outcomes, experience with Sales Force a+

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.97 - $35.97/hr.
