Inside Sales Representative – Amazon Hub Delivery Program

Join our team as an Inside Sales Representative supporting the Amazon Hub Delivery Program — a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, innovative initiative that's reshaping last-mile delivery.

What You'll Do

Lead Conversion (75%)

• Respond to and qualify inbound leads from prospective Amazon Hub Delivery partners.
• Conduct consultative sales calls to understand partner needs and present the value of the program.
• Guide partners through onboarding and ensure a seamless transition into the network.

Outbound Prospecting (25%)

• Identify and cold call potential new partners in targeted geographic areas.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through research, outreach, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with marketing and field teams to support local campaigns and initiatives.

Sales Operations

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems.
• Meet or exceed monthly KPIs including call volume, conversion rates, and partner activation goals.
• Provide feedback to leadership on lead quality, market trends, and customer insights.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of inside sales or business development experience (logistics, retail, or tech preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable making high volumes of calls and managing multiple leads simultaneously.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $29.00/hr.
