Job Title

Lead Conversion (75%)

Respond to and qualify inbound leads from prospective Delivery partners.

Conduct consultative sales calls to understand partner needs and present the value of Delivery.

Guide partners through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition into the program.

Outbound Prospecting (25%)

Identify and cold call potential new partners in targeted geographic areas.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through research, outreach, and follow-up.

Collaborate with marketing and field teams to support local campaigns and initiatives.

Sales Operations

Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems.

Meet or exceed monthly KPIs including call volume, conversion rates, and partner activation goals.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications:

2+ years of inside sales or business development experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or tech.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

Comfortable making high volumes of calls and managing multiple leads simultaneously.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $29.00/hr.
