Business Operations Manager

The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for building catering sales through the creation of new accounts and meeting company quarterly and yearly goals by developing a comprehensive strategy. This role involves accurate reporting and analysis of sales using established systems, presenting to large audiences, and engaging with existing and potential customers through various communication methods. The manager will adhere to company guidelines regarding pricing, menu items, and discounts, while also assisting with office administrative functions and special projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new catering accounts and meet sales goals.

Essential Skills

  • 3-5 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in a restaurant setting is advantageous.
  • Experience with Monkey Media.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
  • Familiarity with the assigned territory.
  • Multitasking abilities in a demanding environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Office, and Excel.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous account management, catering and customer service experience.
  • Experience in project coordination.
  • Reliable transportation for daily sales calls and client visits.
  • Self-starter with a passion for catering.
  • Must meet company Driver Qualifications/Criteria.

Work Environment

This position offers a Hybrid work environment in San Francisco, with some office presence required for onboarding and team development. The role involves 85% travel within the market for sales calls and client visits.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of San Francisco, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
