Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Administrator will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the company's product portfolio through dedicated remote engagement. This role requires a highly motivated and disciplined professional capable of managing significant outbound activity and leveraging diverse digital platforms for strategic prospecting and customer engagement. Responsibilities

• Initiate daily outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to articulate product and service offerings and effectively qualify leads.
• Execute strategic follow-up calls with prospective and existing clients to thoroughly assess customer needs and identify opportunities.
• Consistently achieve a weekly target of at least 15 qualified appointments booked with potential customers.
• Leverage LinkedIn, AI-based software, and online tools for targeted research and identification of new business opportunities within the dynamic medical device industry.
• Customize sales collateral and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of products during remote interactions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Maintain meticulous and current records within the CRM system to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.
• Implement targeted email marketing campaigns and sequences to secure appointments and cultivate strong consideration for products.
• Actively manage a sales pipeline with a value consistently exceeding the monthly quota.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal departments, including Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Management, to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional inside sales experience
• Experience in medical device, pharma, hospital, or clinic preferred
• Proficiency in outbound calls
• Experience in order processing
• Lead generation skills

Job Type & Location

This is a permanent position based in Placentia, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $50000.00/yr. Medical, vision & dental. 401 K + match. Do have a commission package they are working on - higher commission for new deals, lower commission for repeat customers or expansions.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Placentia, CA.
