Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing service updates. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, offering scripted product knowledge across various home improvement categories. Your role will also involve accurately entering customer data into CRM systems and identifying opportunities to connect customers with sales representatives. You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm in a fast-paced call environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service updates.

Work Environment:

This position is 100% onsite in Bedford Heights. The role offers a pay bump after transitioning to direct employment and the opportunity to work for a growing company.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bedford Heights, OH.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
