Great opportunity to work for a rapidly growing company in the STL area!

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for fielding customer orders via email, building out quotes, and calculating costs based on material, weights, dimensions, and transportation expenses. You will also need to communicate with shop employees about orders and follow up with customers to keep them informed on order progress.

Responsibilities

• Field customer orders via email.
• Take email orders and build out quotes.
• Calculate costs based on material, weights, dimensions, and transportation.
• Communicate with shop employees regarding orders.
• Follow up with customers on orders and requests to keep them informed on progress.

Essential Skills

• Experience working for a production-based company.
• Experience within sales, inside sales, order management, logistics, or quoting.
• Entry-level math skills (basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Hard working.
• Team oriented.

Qualifications

• Experience within the tool steel industry.
• Experience with ERP or MRP tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $29.00/hr.
