Inside Sales Representative

Inside Sales Position

Inside Sales provides technical assistance to customers and outside sales teams. The position is responsible for making product recommendations based on customer application; interpreting plant specifications; securing project take-offs; preparing quotations; tracking projects; processing orders; and many additional tasks as required that contribute to the improved efficiency of our customer base.

Inside sale, outbound calls, account management, data entry

Develop thorough technical understanding of products and applications. Provide solutions to customer's applications. Provide technical support to sales team and customer base for daily requirements as well as project opportunities. Assist customers with material specification, take-off & selection. Determine pricing and margins. Prepare quotations, process orders, follow order to ensure critical delivery dates are met. Work with procurement and finance departments as needed.

This is a permanent position based out of Appleton, WI. The pay range for this position is $64000.00 - $72800.00/yr. 401k health insurance person and company based performance bonus. This is a fully onsite position in Appleton, WI. This position is anticipated to close on Apr 29, 2026.
