The Inside Sales position promotes the sale of high performance metal alloys within the USA. Work conditions in our well-appointed office space and competitive compensation and benefits package make this a prime job opportunity.
1. Customer Relationships: Inside sales is the primary point of contact for customers throughout the USA. Responsibilities include managing order cycle from customer inquiry to invoice for manufacturing facilities in the USA and Germany. Including managing inquiries, quoting activity, order entry and customer order maintenance and documentation. Our inside sales group regularly collaborates with their international colleagues and with a variety of disciplines within VDM Metals USA. They are fully supported by logistics, technical, manufacturing, and finance professionals for the administration of programs and customer support.
2. Special Projects: Inside sales is also called upon for special projects, such as inventory tracking and analysis, resolving claims and NCRs, along with recommendations on sales strategy and process.
Inside sale, Customer service, Data entry, Account management
Degree from College or University and/or two to five years working in an manufacturing industry preferred. Experience in sales, logistics or customer service is a plus. Proficient computer skills required with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Gmail and SAP.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
