Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Revenue Support Associate plays a key role in supporting the direct-to-consumer sales channel. This position provides administrative and operational support to the Inside Sales team, helping drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, maintaining a customer-focused mindset.
  • Build relationships with customers, field representatives, distributors, and internal teams.
  • Communicate product value in a consultative manner and enhance the customer experience.
  • Support sales representatives and ensure customer needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and call center systems.
  • Multitask and manage various administrative and operational tasks.
  • Support lead conversion, quote generation, and other sales activities.
  • Develop product knowledge and communicate its impact to customers.
  • Complete required training and ensure compliance with company policies.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • At least two years of experience in a call center or sales environment with target achievement responsibility.
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales is a plus.
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks such as quote generation and order processing.
  • Strong phone skills to manage high-volume inbound calls.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and related tools.

Work Environment:

This is a fully onsite role in Valencia, with standard business hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The work environment is highly collaborative and supportive, with a strong emphasis on teamwork. The culture is friendly, energetic, and fun, with team members enjoying camaraderie, potlucks every Friday, and a positive atmosphere. The department is fast-paced and dynamic, with most team members having less than a year of tenure. New hires will receive hands-on training and shadowing. The Inside Sales Department consists of approximately 24 people, with 18–19 in the office and a few remote. The new support role will assist both the Lead and VA Teams.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valencia, California.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
