Inside Sales Trainee

Rotational Program – Opportunity in Manufacturing & Sales

Rotations through key business areas:

• Manufacturing Processes
• Sales (Inside & Field)
• Corporate Functions
• Business Systems & Operations

Upon successful completion, you'll transition into a full-time role in Inside Sales, Field Sales, or Sales Management.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in structured training and cross-functional rotations
• Learn and apply company systems, processes, and sales strategies
• Collaborate with teams to solve real business challenges
• Travel for short-term assignments (2 weeks at a time, within 6–12 months) – preferred
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude (testing required)
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associate degree (Business, Engineering, or related field preferred)
• 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems

Pay and benefits:

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00/hr.
