Utilize company pricing tools and insurance parameters to prepare accurate, competitive estimates for repairs or replacements, guiding customers toward the best options and securing sales. Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact, offering clear and reliable information to help customers make informed decisions. Employ prospecting tools to follow up on leads for residential and commercial clients experiencing water damage or plumbing issues.
The team is based in Kent, WA, with a market extending from Mt. Vernon/Arlington to Rochester and the Peninsula to the Hood Canal Bridge. Employees may need to visit the office twice a week for paperwork and team meetings, especially during training. While not a 24/7 schedule, 24/7 flexibility from 7:30 AM to 11:59 PM, seven days a week, is required. Training typically lasts 4-6 weeks, with office presence required to meet the trainer. Employees use their own car and are reimbursed $0.725 per mile, paid weekly.
