Outside Sales Representative

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will maintain ongoing communication with clients, proactively addressing their plumbing or water-related concerns and recommending appropriate solutions. You will prepare accurate and competitive estimates using company pricing tools and guide customers toward the best options while securing sales. As a knowledgeable point of contact, you will offer clear information to help customers make informed decisions and utilize prospecting tools to follow up on leads for residential and commercial clients experiencing water damage or plumbing issues.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to repair or replace sewer lines for both residential and commercial properties.
• Perform video inspections of sewer systems to evaluate issues such as root intrusion and structural damage.
• Identify and present solutions for addressing water-related property damage in homes and businesses.
• Conduct on-site evaluations to measure moisture levels and determine the extent of damage.
• Assess whether demolition, drying, or other restoration steps are necessary.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of customer interfacing sales experience.
• Proven success in sales with a strong sense of self-accountability.
• Ability to prospect and hunt for new opportunities actively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in water restoration is beneficial.
• No formal educational requirements.
• Company-sponsored water restoration and HIS certification (Home Improvement Salesperson).

Work Environment

The role is based in the Denver Metropolitan area, covering regions such as Colorado Springs, Cripple Creek, Divide, Castle Rock, Aurora, and Denver Golden. You will work as part of a team of 8 Excavation and 4 Water Restoration specialists handling both commercial and residential projects. Flexibility is required, as the schedule may include nights and weekends, with hours ranging from 7:30 am to 11:59 pm, 7 days a week. Field Supervisors oversee the Water Restoration and Excavation teams. Training involves hands-on and modular learning, typically lasting 3-4 weeks. Utilize your own vehicle, with mileage reimbursed at $0.725 per mile, paid weekly on Wednesdays.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $26000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
