Sales Administrator

The Sales Administrator plays a crucial role within the sales team, supporting a team of 20 individuals primarily in a remote setting. The ideal candidate must be highly detail-oriented and capable of adapting to shifting priorities as tasks arise throughout the day. Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining job requests, assisting in contract reviews, setting up client accounts, coordinating events, managing rentals, and handling document and system management in pricing systems.

Responsibilities

Work Environment

This is an office-based, full-time, long-term employment opportunity. The company provides all necessary IT equipment and a company vehicle for field travel when required. The Sales Administrator reports to the Sales Manager and interacts with internal teams including Operations, Administration, Sales, and Accounting, as well as external clients and contractors.
