Sales Administrator
The Sales Administrator will support the sales department by ensuring seamless coordination, order entry, and project tracking. The role is pivotal in maintaining efficient sales operations and fostering strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, opportunities, and accounts in Salesforce CRM.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales team with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Initiate and follow up on outbound calls to customers and prospects to support lead generation and relationship development.
- Prepare and distribute proposals, quotes, and sales documents as needed.
- Monitor and track sales activities, ensuring timely data entry and reporting in Salesforce.
- Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales personnel.
- Coordinate logistics for sales events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and support business objectives.
Essential Skills
- Experience in data entry and sales support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in making outbound calls and following up with customers and prospects.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Salesforce experience is a big plus.
- Experience in the building controls, HVAC, or construction industry is a plus.
Work Environment
The position operates Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. The dress code is business casual, with jeans being acceptable.

This is a Contract position based out of Steelton, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
