Learn and understand full product offerings. Become a product expert.
Enter customer orders accurately according to company order entry process.
Work directly with manufacturing and shipping to ensure customer orders are on time and complete.
Respond to incoming customer inquiries.
Promote full product line, driving incremental sales increases.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop growth opportunities with new and existing customers.
Assist the sales team with marketing tools available to customers, including website updates, literature and displays.
Create monthly sales reports by company and by territory.
Trade show coordination and participation.
Support the company marketing efforts.
Website management updates.
Assist the National Market Manager as needed.
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
