Sales Representative

We are seeking a results-oriented Phone Sales Representative and Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The representative will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, presenting products and services, closing sales, and effectively managing a sales call schedule to ensure timely follow-up.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to introduce products and services, and generate sales leads.
• Present product features, benefits, and pricing to potential buyers, tailoring the pitch to specific needs and demonstrating value.
• Manage customer interactions by listening to inquiries and concerns, addressing objections, and providing customer service to build rapport.
• Close sales using persuasive techniques to encourage customers to place orders and achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate and confirm service appointments, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient use of time.
• Document all customer interactions and sales activities meticulously in the CRM system for tracking progress and ensuring follow-ups.
• Collaborate with colleagues, share best practices, and contribute to the overall sales team's achievements.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to enhance performance.
• Schedule appointments, manage the schedule, and update all parties on any changes.
• Manage resources such as employees, equipment, materials, and parts to ensure optimal utilization.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including employees, clients, and management, to coordinate schedules and address any issues.
• Utilize scheduling software to manage schedules effectively.

Essential Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience in sales or scheduling.
• Strong phone and outreach skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to learn the business and upsell.
• Comfortable speaking to people.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Recent graduates are welcome.
• Sales or customer service experience is highly desirable.
• Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection with resilience.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving, adaptability, and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Work Environment:

• Office hours will be from 7 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $33.65/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
