Sales Representative
We are seeking a results-oriented Phone Sales Representative and Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The representative will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, presenting products and services, closing sales, and effectively managing a sales call schedule to ensure timely follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to introduce products and services, and generate sales leads.
- Present product features, benefits, and pricing to potential buyers, tailoring the pitch to specific needs and demonstrating value.
- Manage customer interactions by listening to inquiries and concerns, addressing objections, and providing customer service to build rapport.
- Close sales using persuasive techniques to encourage customers to place orders and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate and confirm service appointments, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient use of time.
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities meticulously in the CRM system for tracking progress and ensuring follow-ups.
- Collaborate with colleagues, share best practices, and contribute to the overall sales team's achievements.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to enhance performance.
- Schedule appointments, manage the schedule, and update all parties on any changes.
- Manage resources such as employees, equipment, materials, and parts to ensure optimal utilization.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including employees, clients, and management, to coordinate schedules and address any issues.
- Utilize scheduling software to manage schedules effectively.
Essential Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or scheduling.
- Strong phone and outreach skills.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to learn the business and upsell.
- Comfortable speaking to people.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Recent graduates are welcome.
- Sales or customer service experience is highly desirable.
- Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection with resilience.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving, adaptability, and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Work Environment
- Office hours will be from 7 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $33.65/hr.
