Senior Analyst - Sales Enablement - Remote Eligible

Sales Enablement & Data Analytics Advisor

We're seeking a detail-oriented Sales Enablement & Data Analytics Advisor to support commercial operations and vendor credentialing. This role ensures smooth customer onboarding, accurate master data management, and compliance with hospital credentialing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer master data: account creation, maintenance, validation, and restructuring.
• Analyze and prepare data to support business decisions.
• Document processes and generate monthly analytics reports.
• Support product training license validation and order holds.
• Handle account alignment, consolidation, and structure changes.
• Serve as point of contact for Vendormate credentialing.
• Create insurance certificates, training letters, and submit background checks.
• Track and report on credentialing metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial operations or customer support.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills.
• Experience with customer master data and vendor credentialing platforms.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
