  • Lead and manage all prospect and applicant activity in Salesforce, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date pipeline of leads, applicants, and converted partners.
  • Support the Field Manager in planning, coordinating, and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch-and-learn sessions and town hall meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Field Manager to build relationships with local influencers and organizations, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations, to drive referrals and awareness.
  • Drive referrals through community organizations and local networks to expand the pool of qualified prospective partners.
  • Import Excel spreadsheets and data into Salesforce on a weekly basis to ensure accurate reporting and tracking of outreach and conversion metrics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective partners by answering questions, resolving issues in the field, and helping them complete their applications successfully.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and urgency in following up with prospects, moving them through the funnel from initial interest to launch.
  • Travel regularly to various towns within the assigned territory to identify and engage new business prospects.
  • Contribute to raising the bar for the delivery experience in complex last-mile scenarios by recruiting high-quality business partners.

Essential Skills

  • Experience using a CRM system; Salesforce experience preferred.

  • Ability to manage and track a sales pipeline effectively in Salesforce or similar tools.
  • Comfort working independently in the field and making door-to-door business visits.
  • Ability to travel up to approximately 4 hours round trip on a daily basis.
  • Proficiency with Excel, including handling spreadsheets for data import into CRM systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Field sales experience is a strong plus.
  • High level of professionalism and enthusiasm for working with others.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ownership in driving results and meeting targets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to solve problems for applicants in the field.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience working across multiple systems and technology platforms.
  • Comfort building relationships with community organizations, chambers of commerce, and economic development associations.

Work Environment

This is a primarily field-based role with significant time spent on the road visiting businesses across the Wichita, KS territory. You can expect to be on the road 3–5 days per week, traveling to targeted towns within roughly a two-hour driving distance, including areas such as Mankato and Belleville, and areas just south of Wichita such as Winfield and Arkansas City. When not in the field, you will work from home to manage your Salesforce pipeline, complete follow-ups, import Excel data, and prepare for upcoming outreach and events.
