This role focuses on recruiting local businesses to join a new hub delivery partner program across targeted towns in Kansas. You will spend most of your time in the field visiting prospective businesses, presenting the program, qualifying leads, and guiding owners through the application process while managing your pipeline in Salesforce. You will collaborate closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors to drive sign-ups, build relationships with community organizations, and support recruitment events. The position involves regular travel of up to two hours driving distance and offers the opportunity to earn commission for each partner successfully converted.
This is a primarily field-based role with significant time spent on the road visiting businesses across the Wichita, KS territory. You can expect to be on the road 3–5 days per week, traveling to targeted towns within roughly a two-hour driving distance, including areas such as Mankato and Belleville, and areas just south of Wichita such as Winfield and Arkansas City. When not in the field, you will work from home to manage your Salesforce pipeline, complete follow-ups, import Excel data, and prepare for upcoming outreach and events. The environment is fast-paced and goal-oriented, with a strong focus on building local business relationships and partnering with a Field Manager and other local contractors. Work is largely autonomous in the field, supported by remote collaboration and regular communication with the broader team. The role requires comfort with frequent driving, working from a home office, and using technology tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and communication platforms to stay organized and effective.
This is a Contract position based out of Wichita, KS.
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.50/hr.
