The Territory Sales Representative drives revenue growth by promoting and selling branded products and services, including lubricants, filters, chemicals, and diesel exhaust fluid, within an assigned territory. This role focuses on identifying and securing new business, nurturing customer relationships, and leveraging CRM tools to exceed sales targets. The position operates remotely in the Wenatchee area and requires a blend of strategic planning, field sales activity, and collaborative teamwork.
Minimum of 2 years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in an outside or territory sales role. Proven experience in sales, customer service, outside sales, cold calling, prospecting, account management, and outbound calling. Strong presentation skills, including the ability to create and deliver effective presentations using PowerPoint. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms for managing customer data, tracking performance, and reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to engage and influence decision-makers. Deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and industry requirements within a business-to-business context. Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and communicate them clearly to diverse audiences. Demonstrated adaptability and capability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. Willingness and ability to travel 25–50% of the time within the assigned territory. Proven ability to build trust, maintain professional relationships, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong customer-first mindset, with a focus on integrity, innovation, and long-term relationship building.
