As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing support for our branded products and services, including lubricants, filters, chemicals, and diesel exhaust fluid. Your mission is to identify and secure profitable new business within your assigned territory through cold calling, lead generation, and networking. You will deliver tailored presentations to key decision-makers to establish strategic partnerships and generate new business opportunities. Additionally, you will contribute to the annual marketing plan by providing realistic product forecasts based on historical data, market trends, competitor activity, promotional strategies, and sales efforts. Utilize CRM tools to track performance, manage customer relationships, and exceed sales targets.
The work environment requires adaptability to fast-paced conditions, collaboration with a professional team, and a willingness to travel 25–50% of the time. You will utilize CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite to manage tasks efficiently. The role demands excellent communication and relationship-building skills to foster strong working relationships both internally and externally.
This is a Permanent position based out of Fargo, North Dakota with travel being mostly to Grand Forks and Jamestown and surrounding areas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
