Area Sales Manager

We are currently looking for an Area Sales Manager whose potential work area will be the regions of: Łódzkie, Śląskie, Świętokrzyskie. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the team of Medical Representatives in a way that ensures meeting or exceeding sales forecasts and the designated number of contacts.

Main tasks:

  • Setting appropriate, ambitious promotional goals for each territory.
  • Continuous market analysis and monitoring of competition in the region.
  • Responsible for achieving the regional sales target.
  • Continuously monitoring the degree of achievement of individual goals by each representative and the entire team.
  • Coaching, training, and supporting the development of the team to enable them to move to the next career level.
  • Compliance with all legal requirements regarding contacts with doctors, distribution of samples, etc.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing a sales team.
  • Experience working in cardiology and diabetology with Family Medicine Specialists and Internal Medicine Specialists.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and mechanisms governing it.
  • Experience in launching new products on the market.
  • Ability to motivate and develop a sales team, supported by successes.
  • Focus on achieving goals and finding solutions.
  • Ability to create an atmosphere that strengthens the building of effective promotional teams.
  • Open to change and new experiences, proactive attitude, and commitment.
  • Higher education.
  • Driving license category B.
  • English language (B2 and above).
