Main Accountabilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
• Effectively promote assigned products using provided marketing materials.
• Oversee territory budget and activities in alignment with company strategies.
• Organize local events and presentations to promote products and enhance company image.
• Analyze market data to discern opportunities and anticipate challenges.
• Maintain meticulous records of activities and performance metrics.
• Foster open communication with colleagues to disseminate vital information.
• Adhere unwaveringly to ethical standards, compliance regulations, and corporate policies.
• Collaboration with team members working closely on engagement and solutions
• Work under high ethical standards.

Essential Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Medicine or Pharmacy, Stomatology.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Flexibility and sense of responsibility.
• Patient centric approach and passion for science.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of the medical aspects of the product range
• Basic market and customer knowledge
• Demonstrated personal initiative, ambition, and motivation.
