✨ About The Role
- The role involves providing solutions to customers by acting as the key business owner of AstraZeneca resources and solutions for various customers, including Health Care Providers, Reimbursement Personnel, and Practice Administrators
- The position requires aggregating customer, market data, and insights to drive total selling engagements across multiple channels
- Facilitating clinical dialogue that compels customers to act on behalf of their patients and engaging the entire account to understand and provide appropriate solutions for any obstacles that exist
- Identifying shared priorities and leveraging knowledge and tactics within the full account to develop a strategic territory business plan that drives product demand by meeting the needs of key partners and ultimately their patients
- Leading planning meetings with key partners to solve customer problems and applying expertise and knowledge of the marketplace to anticipate and optimally manage business opportunities and challenges
⚡ Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in specialty pharmaceuticals, biotech, or a sales role of similar complexity within the last 2 years
- Strong ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally within a matrix environment and communicate clinical product information effectively
- Proven track record of consistent high-performance and successful selling to large accounts and key customer segments
- Strong scientific acuity in a highly competitive environment
- Ability to travel approximately 75% over a broad geography is required, with the ability to drive and/or fly within the territory
