Implementation Of Brand Strategy: Implement and execute the brand strategy in the accounts under your responsibility, ensuring consistency, penetration, and sustained growth. Scientific Dialogue With Healthcare Professionals: Promote scientific and clinical discussions about approved indications, efficacy, and safety profiles of products, supporting informed and patient-centered decisions. Ethical And Evidence-Based Promotion: Ensure responsible promotion, in line with scientific evidence and best practices, protecting reputation and trust in the market. Local Commercial Planning: Develop, in collaboration with the Sales Manager, local strategies and business plans that translate objectives into concrete and measurable actions. Performance Drive: Drive sales performance within the assigned territory, focusing on goals, execution quality, and sustainability of results. Market And Stakeholder Intelligence: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the market and stakeholders, identifying opportunities, risks, and unmet needs. Regulatory Compliance And Ethics: Comply with all applicable regulatory, legal, and ethical standards, ensuring full alignment with internal policies and external requirements. Training And Update: Meet the requirements for training and scientific update, continuously raising the quality level of interactions and execution.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Representative / Medical Information Delegate. Solid knowledge of products and therapeutic areas. Excellent scientific communication skills. Experience in territory planning and commercial execution. Strong orientation towards results and compliance.
