Sales Analyst

The Sales Analyst will be a key member of the Finance group and will support Accounting, Business Development, and Sales & Marketing strategies by creating, maintaining and analyzing enterprise-wide information for decision making, performance measurement, risk management and strategic planning. This position will be responsible for efficient and accurate business analytics, reporting, and financial modeling with a focus on customer pricing and profitability.

Business partner to organization providing reporting and analytics on budget vs. actual results, forecasting, budgeting, and pricing opportunities

Develop business intelligence tools to track / monitor KPI's

Review pricing across markets for improvement opportunities

Manage the monthly sale rep commission process and KPI's

Analyze marketing and sales expenses for cost opportunities

Provide and implement dashboard solutions for the executive level

Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or IT with experience working with multiple product lines and markets using a full suite of data management and analytics tools

3+ years of financial modeling and analysis

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Experience designing and implementing financial models/KPI's/metrics using Power BI or other reporting tools

Experience with ERP systems and data warehousing

Salary Range: 100-125k
