Key Activities, Role, and Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of collaboration opportunities and the acquisition of (potential) customers and contracts related to on-orbit services through engagement and sales activities with overseas organizations and companies.
- Develop, plan, and implement communication strategies to foster collaboration with foreign governments, industry clients, and partners.
- Effectively communicate the company's value proposition and create competitive proposals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience in international sales, including a proven track record of leading multiple contract acquisitions involving the sale of Japanese products or solutions to overseas markets.
- Experience in international sales both through agents and via direct channels.
- Ability to think strategically and demonstrate strong leadership.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Native-level Japanese or proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1.
- English proficiency equivalent to a TOEIC score of 800 or higher (score submission not required).
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience in sales or business development within the space industry.
- Understanding of the ecosystem of foreign governmental organizations.
- Basic knowledge of on-orbit services, including debris removal.
