- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target accounts - Engage with inbound leads via email, phone, and social media to understand their needs and assess their fit for products/services - Qualify leads by identifying their interest level, budget, purchase timeline, and decision-making process - Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads and prospects - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets

⚡ Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Up to one year of experience as a BDR, sales associate, or in a similar sales role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for engaging potential clients - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads effectively - Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a dynamic sales and marketing environment
