Essential Job Functions:
- Qualify and inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, web inquiries, and existing customer base
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls to generate new business and schedule appointments for field sales representatives
- Develop a strong understanding of TKEs service offerings, modernization solutions, and value proposition
- Use CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage pipeline, track activity, and report on sales metrics
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and assist in contract documentation as needed
- Partner with account managers and branch teams to align on customer needs and support end-to-end sales efforts
- Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and uncover additional opportunities
- Support sales campaigns and initiatives focused on targeted verticals, regions, or product lines
Who We Are Looking For:
Education and Experience:
- 2+ years of inside sales or business development experience, preferably in a technical, service-oriented, or construction-related industry
- Proven success in a metrics-driven sales environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team-based environment
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Preferred Attributes:
- Knowledge of elevator, escalator, or vertical transportation industry a plus
- Comfortable understanding technical solutions and translating them into customer benefits
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
