Generating a qualified sales pipeline. You will be responsible for engaging prospective mid-market customers and identifying opportunities to introduce them to the value of our omnichannel marketing platform. Outbound selling motion where you may be calling out to customers already engaged on our platform and doing outreach in hopes of getting them to upgrade. As the first line of communication with prospects and current customers, ideal candidates have a strong understanding of the sales process, starting new relationships, and setting our Account Executives up for success. Own initial discovery conversations with prospective customers. Dissect and qualify prospects' business goals to determine if Mailchimp can be a strategic investment for their business' growth. Translate Mailchimp's features into benefits for the customer. Offer competitive insights as to why Mailchimp is, or is not, a good fit for each prospective customer's needs. Meet/exceed defined productivity and quality metrics. Appointments: ~10-12/day. Selling multiple products - cloud-based.
