Role Summary: The role will focus on selling Capgemini portfolio of services within cloud migration, data center transformation, ServiceNow, end user services, and cyber security. The role is eligible for an aggressive Sales Commission Plan designed to reward top achievers performance.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop deep relationships and high levels of intimacy with targeted Financial Services' customers and prospects.
  • Build detailed account and sales plans to deliver the targets. Expected to build and open new relationships at the existing accounts.
  • Leverage knowledge of industry trends and client challenges to develop and deliver compelling value propositions.
  • Partner and work with diverse sales pursuit teams to deliver winning proposals.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline of 3-4 X sales quota.

Your Experience:

  • 10+ years sales experience in selling IT integration and/or outsourcing and project services
  • Experience with the consultative sales approach in analyzing challenges of potential clients and conveying ROI and TCO concepts to CXO level management.
  • High comfort level proposing and building relationships with C-suite executives
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills & outstanding presentation skills
  • Significant experience in targeted account sales strategies
  • Ability to work in a global organizational and service delivery environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to stay abreast of industry trends and technical advancements within the industry sectors and enterprise markets
  • Experience with Sales pipeline reporting, forecasting and Salesforce.com CRM tools
  • Ability to travel 25%, primarily but not limited to the specified NA region. Expected to be assigned local clients and be at the client offices at least once a week.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $105,570-201,300. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
