Sr Trade Sales Specialist

As the Sr Trade Sales Specialist, you will manage supply chain finance solutions and deliver them to clients. Primary responsibilities include delivering supply chain finance solutions that help clients achieve their working capital objectives, managing the day-to-day performance of supply chain finance programs, driving profitable revenue growth through expansion of the client portfolio, leading business development and championing product development, interfacing with the bank asset distribution market, working closely with functional partners and third parties to enable and enhance program delivery, identifying trends and opportunities through market knowledge, external research, and client feedback, interfacing with internal partners such as operations, credit, risk, legal, marketing, and product teams, and leading strategic initiatives/projects.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications, and/or Other Professional Credentials include 10+ years of supply chain finance experience in a banking or financial services environment, established knowledge of supply chain finance products, including receivables and payables, understanding of technologies and operational processes that support and enable supply chain finance, comfort with credit, risk management, and the credit underwriting process, as well as program documentation, ability to effectively articulate working capital and trade finance concepts, detailed understanding of the client needs that drive product usage, demonstrated ability to deliver profitable growth, ability to identify and pursue revenue opportunities through data-driven analysis, including cross-sell strategies, strong analytical capabilities, adept at client call preparation and market research using social media and market intelligence tools, and management of team and deal meetings, demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams, strong communications skills, strong work ethic; self-motivated, passionate, and driven to achieve results, team player who can thrive in a collaborative environment, and ability to travel as needed.

Hours & Work Schedule: Hours per week: 40, Work schedule: M-F. The salary range for this position is $180,000 - $220,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
