✨ About The Role

- The Regional Vice President of Sales will play a key leadership role in the development of products and people within Attain's agency sales partnerships team. - The role involves partnering with advertisers across various agencies and industries to bring the power of Attain's data and transformational measurement solutions to life. - The VP will lead a team that is making a positive impact on the digital media market by using evidence-based metrics to increase the transparency of media quality. - Responsibilities include establishing and growing relationships with advertisers and agencies, managing a sales pipeline, leading and growing a team of sellers, and partnering closely with internal teams to build solutions needed to grow the business. - By the end of the first year, the VP is expected to have driven the sales pipeline, supported the team in attaining top prospects, nurtured closed complex deals and partnerships, and achieved increased revenue generated from the assigned agency portfolio.

⚡ Requirements

- 12+ years of experience in digital media sales and/or programmatic advertising, with 8+ years of managing teams strongly preferred - Expertise in the East Coast media sales landscape - Experience building business with executive-level contacts and co-selling with cross functional partners to media agencies and brands - Proficient understanding in data-driven advertising as well as the advertising landscape (DSP/DMP/SSP) - Strong customer service, project management, analytical, and organizational skills
