✨ About The Role

- The Account Manager, Enterprise Sales will be responsible for driving customer expansion within Attentive’s enterprise customer base. - This role involves partnering with Client Strategy on account planning and assisting with renewal saves. - The candidate will identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities within existing accounts by researching customer tech stacks and perceived gaps. - Preparing and presenting data and trends related to customer usage and engagement with the Attentive platform is a key responsibility. - The role requires managing customer inquiries related to the commercial aspects of their Attentive agreements. - The Account Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Deal Enablement, Legal, and Finance to ensure customer satisfaction and success. - The position may require travel up to 20% to meet with clients and stakeholders.

âš¡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a closing sales role, such as Renewals Management, Account Management, or as an Account Executive. - Experience in a SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, or startup environment is preferred, indicating familiarity with fast-paced and innovative settings. - Strong cross-functional relationship-building skills are essential, as the role requires collaboration with various internal stakeholders. - The candidate should demonstrate a strong competency in objection handling and aligning product price with perceived value. - An analytical mindset is crucial for developing account strategies based on data to identify opportunities and prove value. - The ability to think strategically about customer goals and drive renewal and expansion opportunities independently is necessary. - Experience managing the sales cycle using Salesforce.com or other CRM systems is required. - An entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to define processes and build strategies will contribute to success in this role.
