About the Role
We are seeking a highly curious and analytical Enterprise Sales Revenue Operations Manager to be a key driver of our revenue growth. In this role, you will act as the "connective tissue" between our Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance teams, transforming data into actionable insights. You will be the subject matter expert for your segment of the business, the North America Solution Sales, responsible for analyzing trends, identifying opportunities and risks, and helping to remove roadblocks to success. More than just a reporting role or data manipulation role, this position is about owning the data, asking "why," and driving the business forward through strategic insight and strong cross-functional collaboration.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Drive Strategy with Data: Analyze performance data to identify wins, risks, and emerging trends, providing both qualitative and quantitative insights to leadership. Frame your findings as clear, suggested actions to improve performance.
- Own the Reporting Cadence: Deliver concise weekly updates to stakeholders on momentum, challenges, and key trends. You will also be responsible for creating the initial data and charts for monthly Board of Directors presentations and presenting a full quarterly business report.
- Foster Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with VPs and directors to jointly agree upon and manage a "Top 5" list of priorities. Spend time with Directors running various units within Sales to understand the model, their motion and their needs across the go-to-market functions to understand their pain points firsthand.
- Build Scalable Systems: Focus on creating scalable, systematic solutions rather than one-off fixes. Document the operating cadence, establish a single source of truth for key metrics, and maintain a central repository for all business requirements and reports.
- Smart and efficient: Strategically apply AI and automation to not only increase the velocity of our analytical output but also to uncover hidden revenue opportunities and process inefficiencies
What Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar data-intensive role within the technology or e-commerce industry.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to automate tasks, generate predictive insights, and accelerate data analysis cycles.
- Proven ability to build and maintain sophisticated reports and dashboards in CRM/BI platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Looker) to track GTM performance.
- Strong understanding of SaaS and subscription-based business models.
- Experience in the shipping or carrier industry is a plus.
- AI-Enhanced Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business fundamentals, with the ability to interpret AI-generated insights and translate them into strategic levers for revenue growth.
- Advanced Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex datasets and build models, leveraging AI if necessary for predictive forecasting, trend identification, and anomaly detection.
- Data & Prompt Engineering: Strong data management skills (cleaning, linking, synthesizing) combined with proficiency in crafting effective prompts for generative AI to produce accurate and relevant outputs.
- Strategic Problem-Solving: Ability to use AI-powered diagnostics and data analysis to proactively identify operational bottlenecks and recommend efficient, scalable solutions.
- Salesforce: Deep knowledge of Salesforce to optimize workflows and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Compelling Communication: Excellent ability to story-tell with data, translating complex findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels. Cross-Functional Project Management: Proven experience managing initiatives and working effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver on business needs and meet deadlines.
What Will Make You Stand Out?
- Deeply Curious: You don't just spot a trend; you dig deep to understand the root cause, ask questions to increase business knowledge.
- An Expert with Ownership: You are the go-to expert for your area of the business and take full ownership of its data and insights.
- A Data Storyteller: You can translate complex data and dashboards into a clear narrative that informs strategic decisions.
- A Ruthless Prioritizer: You excel at managing competing demands by clearly organizing priorities based on urgency, importance, and business impact in collaboration with leadership.
- A Collaborative Partner: You understand the importance of building strong relationships and bridging gaps between different departments to ensure everyone is aligned and moving faster together.
The Tech Stack
- CRM/BI Platforms: Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce and data visualization tools like Looker.
- Artificial Intelligence: Demonstrated, hands-on proficiency with generative AI platforms (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT) for tasks such as data query generation, analysis summarization, and process automation.
- Productivity Suite: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Slides).
