About The Role

As a Sales Consultant (w/m/d) at Audibene, you are the face and voice of our mission: You bring people to better hearing – with empathy, competence, and genuine consultation. You take responsibility for the entire sales funnel and work closely with partner audiologists to ensure that consultation leads to real hearing success.

Your Tasks

  • You manage the entire sales process: from the first conversation (warm acquisition / leads) to individual consultation and up to the conclusion.
  • You design empathetic and solution-oriented consultation meetings – with an eye on the life situation of the customers.
  • You build bridges between customers and partner audiologists, coordinate follow-up processes and ensure sustainable service.
  • You monitor and manage your personal KPIs, analyze your sales figures and develop strategies for performance optimization.
  • You efficiently use CRM systems & digital tools, document your interactions and use data to improve your approach.
  • You actively represent Audibene to the outside, give feedback from the customer's perspective to the inside and bring in ideas for improvement.

Your Profile

  • You ideally have 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer consulting; experience with explanatory products or services is a plus.
  • You are communication-oriented, empathetic and can relate to people.
  • You are goal-oriented, do not let yourself be discouraged by a "No" and want to regularly exceed your own goals.
  • You work structured, keep an overview even with changing requirements and have good time & self-management.
  • You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment, are open to change and bring initiative with you.
  • Secure German language skills are required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or digital work is advantageous.
