✨ About The Role
- Responsible for owning the entire sales cycle with the largest named accounts in the solar industry for the DACH region
- Identify and target new opportunities in the market and deeply understand client's business needs
- Manage upsell and expansion of existing customers, define GTM motion, and advise on the product roadmap
- Run cross-functional pod to drive the pipeline, attend trade shows, and in-person meetings with target accounts
- Continuously define the Strategic GTM motion to make it repeatable and scalable
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced sales professional with a minimum of 10 years in closing roles, including 3+ years in the solar industry
- Proven track record of successful complex sales cycles, managing large stakeholder teams, and multi-million Euro deals
- Strong network within the solar industry and business fluency in English and German
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in different time zones and accurately forecast revenues
- Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, approaches sales with intelligence, curiosity, and a mission-driven focus
