✨ About The Role

- The Regional Director of Sales will spearhead the sales of innovative fuel-saving aerodynamic technologies across a multi-state territory. - This role involves building relationships with fleet owners, maintenance executives, and sustainability officers to secure product commitments. - The candidate will be responsible for training and equipping dealers to confidently represent and sell the company's product lines. - A key responsibility will be facilitating the transition from direct sales to dealer-based sales in major regions. - The role includes delivering engaging presentations and webinars tailored for various stakeholders in the trucking industry. - The candidate will maintain up-to-date client and prospect information using CRM tools. - Travel to customer facilities, dealer events, tradeshows, and conferences will be required, with some weekend travel. - The Regional Director will also contribute to additional sales and marketing efforts as needed.

âš¡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of exceeding sales quotas in a multi-state territory. - They should possess skills in both direct sales and pull-through dealer sales strategies. - Experience in selling differentiated or disruptive products is essential, along with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively. - A background in transportation or trucking, particularly in fuel program sales or related areas, is highly preferred. - The candidate must be adept at addressing and overcoming customer objections. - They should have a basic understanding of mechanical requirements for product installation and compatibility. - Proficiency in delivering impactful product demonstrations and presentations is crucial. - The candidate must be willing to travel frequently and work remotely with discipline and organization.
